“The Londa serves honest food; honest because we work closely with our suppliers to select the best ingredients. Everything is prepared in the Londa kitchens from scratch. The Caprice restaurant serves Modern Eclectic Cuisine where high quality dishes are influenced by international cuisines married with traditional European/Mediterranean cooking. Our guests can expect to see ingredients and cooking styles from South East Asia, Japan, South America and even modern Californian cuisine. Quite simply it means that we have a variety of influences and styles; across borders, across cultures. Frequent visitors to the Caprice will see that we also offer signature dishes that have become favourites.
I take great pleasure in the fact that much-loved dishes such as our lobster salad, chicken iceberg salad, spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce and the thin beef fillets with ruccola and parmesan are mainstays on the menu.
